From Monday 3rd to Wednesday 5th March, there is a possibility of preventive road closures in the following sections within our jurisdiction to prevent large-scale vehicle back-ups due to the influence of fronts and low pressure systems.
 

*Depending on snowfall conditions, road closures may occur in sections other than those listed above.
*There may also be road closures on the parallel national highway.

(Attachment) Possible road closures

Please refrain from going out to protect your life.
If it is unavoidable to use Expressway, please be sure to use winter tires or tire chains and install them as early as possible.
*Driving on snowy roads with normal tires is against the law.
If even one vehicle on Expressway becomes unable to move, it can lead to long periods of traffic congestion and road closures. Before setting off, please check the latest weather forecast and road traffic information, and consider reconsidering your plans.
In addition, transportation companies and cargo owners are also asked to check future weather forecasts and consider adjusting transportation dates or canceling operations. Please note that service areas and parking areas just before the road closures will be very crowded and you may not be able to park.
